Refund & cancellation policy

Scope

This policy applies to paid programming consulting engagements arranged with Data Anchor Consulting Co., Ltd. after you accept a written quote.

Cancellations before work starts

• More than 7 calendar days before start: full refund of prepaid fees minus disclosed third-party costs.
• Within 7 days: up to 50% may be retained unless we reallocate the slot.

After work has begun

Completed hours or milestones are non-refundable. Early termination pays for work through the termination date.

Rescheduling

One reschedule with 48 hours notice is allowed without penalty unless your quote states otherwise.

Deposits

Unused deposit balance is refunded within 14 business days after mutual confirmation that work ended.

No-shows

Missing a scheduled session without notice may be billed at the agreed rate.
